Filter systems provides
total protection for catalysts in fixed-bed reactors. Installed on:
- feedstock streams
- fixed-bed hydrotreaters
- hydrocrackers
- hydrodesulfurization units
The filter system removes solids that would otherwise foul/plug the catalyst layers,
and lead to early reactor shut-down.
Automated backwashing systems are engineered to provide continuous operation, eliminate downtime
, and lower operating costs by extending reactor catalyst life and minimizing backwash consumption.
