In-line filtration of coatings just prior to the coater is the most important application since this is the last opportunity to catch unwanted particles that could create off-quality product.
In-line filters are usually located after a coating supply tank, on the discharge side of the coating pump and as close as possible to the coater.
For nearly all coater applications we recommend the DCF Mechanically-Cleaned Filter Systems.
Our DCF Systems offer a retention to 75 microns for the typical coating application.
