Flow rate, particle retention and the characteristics of the additive will dictate which type of filter is most appropriate. Rosin filtration should occur at offloading in receiving, out of the storage tank(s), and immediately before application.
Due to higher flow rates in the receiving area, we typically recommend the DCF Mechanically-Cleaned Filter System or a MAX-LOAD Bag and Cartridge Filter System.
Filtration should also occur at an additive's point of use. For this specific application, we recommend the DCF Mechanically-Cleaned Filter Systems and MAX-LOAD Bag and Cartridge Filter system.
