Flow rate, particle retention and the characteristics of an additive will dictate which type of filter is most appropriate. TiO 2 filtration should occur at offloading in receiving, out of the storage tank's, de-inking lines, and immediately before entry to the paper machine.
Due to higher flow rates in the receiving area, we typically recommend the DCF Mechanically-Cleaned Filter Systems , or the MAX-LOAD Bag and Cartridge Filter system.
Filtration should also occur at an additive's point of use. For this specific application, we recommend the DCF Mechanically-Cleaned Filter Systems or the MAX-LOAD Bag and Cartridge Filter system.
