In-line surface treatment
occurs in mills where starch solutions are applied at water boxes
. Solutions for these applications usually have higher viscosity and lower pick-up
rates than the in-line coaters and size presses.
For nearly all water box applications, we recommend the
DCF Mechanically-Cleaned Filter Systems.
